Directions--from the North, exit I695 at exit 42 shortly before
the Key bridge.  At end of exit ramp, turn left onto North Point
 (NP) blvd. Travel about 1000 ft to a traffic light and turn left
onto NP Road. (From the south, cross Key bridge on I-695 and
 exit at exit 43.  Travel a short distance on MD Rt 157 south
to MD Rt 158.  Travel 1 mile on 158 E Bethlehem blvd towards
 Edgemere.  Proceed straight through traffic light at MD Rt 151
 onto NP Road).   Travel 2 miles on NP road thru the village of
 Edgemere.  Make a left onto Bayshore Rd shortly after passing
 Miller's Island Road.  Travel 0.5 miles on Bayshore road takes
to a toll booth at the entrance of NP state park.  Pay the toll
($3 for MD residents and $4 for all others) and then travel 1
mile within park to a stop sign.

You will see ahead of you an open area and a cul-de-sac.  Park to the
 back and slightly to the right within the open area.  At the back of
the parking area you will see a trail.  Follow signs to the trolley
station pavilion.

Launch Notes--Launch faces East into a wide expanse of the Chesapeake
--there is a several hundred feet portage between the parking lot
and the launch.  NP park has a shower near the launch and
 has restrooms.
