Solomon's Island Launch

Solomons launch is at Solomons, MD at the mouth of the Patuxent
River.  Follow MD 2-4 south (combined Rt 2 and Rt 4).  Before going
over the bridge, exit and continue on Rt 2 South (Solomons Island Rd
south) towards Solomons.  You will be just south and east of
the bridge over the river.  Pull into the first public parking area on
the right for the launch.  When facing the water from this first parking
area, the launch will be on your right.   The launch is across the
street from a church.

The launch faces SW into over 1 mile wide Patuxent river and thus
is suited for most winds with a W and/or a S in it.
