(Middlesex County, VA near Deltaville)

The launch faces E into the Chesapeake.  The launch is in Middlesex
 county at a place called "Lot 17" at the eastern terminus of VA Rt 33
(General Puller Highway) a couple of miles east of Deltaville.  The
launch area is only about 25 feet wide, and is surrounded with no
trespassing, private property, no turn around, keep out etc signs.

Directions:  Get on VA Rt 33 East (General Puller Highway) and
travel through Deltaville.  Continue on Rt 33 east to an end at a
white fence.  Turn right onto South Chesapeake Blvd and then
immediately left into a gravel parking area marked "Lot 17" with
signs all about.   

Launch faces East

Best Wind Directions:  N, NE, E, SE, S and maybe SW

Comments:  signs all about look intimidating, water appears
shallow for several hundred feet out before a deep color is visible,
 sandy bottom, clean beach, private property on both sides,
small parking area.


FIG. 2 view of a confusing intersection you reach about 2 miles
beyond Deltaville on Rt 33.  To get to the launch, turn right at
this intersection to remain on Rt 33 General Puller Highway
and travel 0.4 miles to the launch.
